To
improve
consciousness of management, and realize management goal in 2014, the Appliance
Health Manufacture Center meritocrats are holding responsibility
contracting conference in Meeting Room 501 on 1st, Jan. In the
conference, the minister made important speaking, and signed responsibility
contract with leaders of several departments, including raw material store,
technical and craft center, and purchasing plan center.
When making evaluation indicators, the Appliance Health Manufacture Centre adopts fair & reasonable principles, awards & penalties rules. After conclusion of work progress in 2013, negotiation and discussion, they made a quite change to the evaluation indicators or benchmarks:
1. Add evaluation indicators of component evaluation and single piece human labour. Each month, the component manufacture progress shall be evaluated.
2. Add evaluation indicators for store and finance record correspondence. It strengthens management to the store finance and stored items.
3. Add evaluation indictors for single set human
labour and assistant material control. It helps decreases manufacture costs.
Therefore, the meeting injects difficulty and pressure to the management
objectives and operation aims, under reasonable condition, and also injects stimulus to the
manufacture center.
After
responsibility signing, the distinguished guest Mr He, a Korean expert, made
important speech. He said, in the Appliance Health Manufacture Centre plan for
2014, it shall realize evaluation and comparison as to benchmark. The capable
personnel shall display their talent, while the other ones shall be eliminated.
Finally, he encourages the manufacture centre to be the benchmark of the
manufacture system.
