On January 22nd, working
summary of 2013 and working plan of 2014 was held in meeting room 512 on time,
general manger Mr. Zeng, Mr. Sun, Mr. Chen, Mr. He from Korea, also including
each first class division director and all administrator around two hundred
sixty people attend this meeting, Mr. Wang, who is the manger of Operation
management center held this meeting.

In year of 2013, which is a breakthrough year for POVOS, for the second phase project is under manufacture, for arrangement is much more careful than before, and for marketing is much huger than the first three years;
In the third part of the meeting, Mr. Zeng appointed Ye Zhiwen as vice-director of R&D; also, set a new purifier group and home health group, Yu Xianjie, Ouyang Linbo appointed as division leader; for domestics market divide into personal and healthy, aims to prepare for POVOS long time developing. At the stage of team showcase, every department with wonderful showcase.

need to dare to say "NO" for the past, and dare to innovation, seek
breakthrough again. At the same time, all colleagues should have faith and
confidence is precious than gold! Later, Mr. Zeng referred new year details
planning : 1, Home health, purifier industry, personal care industry need to
intensive cultivation; 2, Financial department need to control material cost,
control risk, control manufacturing efficiency; 3, Operation department need to
improve the system of management and process, also need to led the business
meeting IT innovation. 4, Domestic
market need to open Internet channels, affects the research and development
manufacturing, increase brand awareness, build new sales system, in thinking,
and more on a trial basis. 5, Overseas marketing need to achieve sales
breakthrough, develop each industry large customers, and continue to expand the
scale of the team. 6, Research and development department need to implement
product differentiation. 7, Manufacturing: need to promote efficiency. 8, Need

In year of 2014, POVOS will have more exceptions, we had
