On January 22^nd, working summary of 2013 and working plan of 2014 was held in meeting room 512 on time, general manger Mr. Zeng, Mr. Sun, Mr. Chen, Mr. He from Korea, also including each first class division director and all administrator around two hundred sixty people attend this meeting, Mr. Wang, who is the manger of Operation management center held this meeting.

The meeting has seven parts, first of all, the whole chorus "POVOS future journey"; Then watch the movie "POVOS 2013", all colleagues reviewed the developing history in the early three years of POVOS: 

Year of 2011 is a basic year, we built platform, we built team, we prepare for developing, we blew the horn of struggle; 

In year of 2012, along with the improvement of system, and finished internal arrangement platform, so POVOS from basic year to stable year, at this year we redistrict the situation, each department trials and hardships, intensive farming; 

In year of 2013, which is a breakthrough year for POVOS, for the second phase project is under manufacture, for arrangement is much more careful than before, and for marketing is much huger than the first three years; 

In the third part of the meeting, Mr. Zeng appointed Ye Zhiwen as vice-director of R&D; also, set a new purifier group and home health group, Yu Xianjie, Ouyang Linbo appointed as division leader; for domestics market divide into personal and healthy, aims to prepare for POVOS long time developing. At the stage of team showcase, every department with wonderful showcase. 

At the end of the video, Mr. Zeng made a summary with positive points of POVOS as a ending.

At the end of meeting, Mr. Zeng made a summary, firstly, Mr. Zeng made a review of 2013, he spoke highly of the achievements which achieved in 2013, he spoke that POVOS need set up new division, for the past can’t represent now, and now can’t represent the future, and all colleagues need to dare to say "NO" for the past, and dare to innovation, seek breakthrough again. At the same time, all colleagues should have faith and confidence is precious than gold! Later, Mr. Zeng referred new year details planning : 1, Home health, purifier industry, personal care industry need to intensive cultivation; 2, Financial department need to control material cost, control risk, control manufacturing efficiency; 3, Operation department need to improve the system of management and process, also need to led the business meeting IT innovation.  4, Domestic market need to open Internet channels, affects the research and development manufacturing, increase brand awareness, build new sales system, in thinking, and more on a trial basis. 5, Overseas marketing need to achieve sales breakthrough, develop each industry large customers, and continue to expand the scale of the team. 6, Research and development department need to implement product differentiation. 7, Manufacturing: need to promote efficiency. 8, Need to make sure quality assurance. 9, Home health, purifier need to develop the team to promote industry development. 10, The supply chain need to reduce the cost, accounting price; 11, Need to enhance quality efficiency;

In year of 2014, POVOS will have more exceptions, we had already set our own brand, if we work hard, and our future will be surrounded by achievements!
